Delete Account Request

To request deletion of your MindGarden account, send a request through the support channel below.

Include This Information

• Email address used to sign in to MindGarden
• Sign-in method, such as Apple or Google
• Confirmation that you want your MindGarden account permanently deleted
• Optional: app platform, app version, and any relevant account details that help us identify the account

Important

Once your account is deleted, your account data, including the email associated with the account, will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.

What This Request Covers

• MindGarden profile data
• Authentication-linked email data stored by MindGarden
• App progress, garden, habit, and journal data associated with the account
• Account settings and app preferences associated with the account

Some records may be retained only where required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, purchase, or operational obligations.

Internal Handling Notes

• Verify the requester controls the email or sign-in provider for the account before deletion.
• Confirm whether the account has active purchases or subscription state before processing.
